水凝膠固化

Hydrogel Curing
We created a custom variant of our Dual Fluorescent Protein (DFP) Flashlight to help a customer who needed a compact, portable source of high intensity Cyan light (~480 – 520nm) to cure a degradable hydrogel (see, for example, this page) as part of a biomedical development project. After initial feasibility testing, we provided a light that included two Cyan LEDs, one with our usual optics to create a small intense spot, the other with a broader, more diffuse beam to expand the coverage area. With this light the customer could cure their hydrogel in approximately 30 seconds. The light is helping them to concentrate on solving the technical aspects of their R&D effort.
